1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, of Elisabeth Moments products through the website www.elisabethmoments.com. 1.2 The website www.elisabethmoments.com is managed by the company Inspiring Hands Lda. Urb. das Senras, 71 fraction L 4820-740 Arões Fafe 1.3 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: a) "Elisabeth Moments" - The products sold on the website www.elisabethmoments.com; b) "User" - Any individual, non-commercial person who places an order through the website www.elisabethmoments.com. 1.4 The use of the website www.elisabethmoments.com and the purchase of Elisabeth Moments products imply the User's knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.1 To place an order, the User may register in advance by filling in the fields on the registration form available on the website www.elisabethmoments.com. It is also possible to place an order without prior registration. 2.2 Once the User accesses their personal account, they are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3. ELISABETH MOMENTS PRODUCTS
3.1 The website www.elisabethmoments.com is intended for all users who wish to purchase Elisabeth Moments products from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 3.2 Information about the characteristics of the products can be found at www.elisabethmoments.com. 3.3 Elisabeth Moments reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offerings, prices, promotions, and commercial conditions presented on the website www.elisabethmoments.com.
4. PLACING ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE
4.1 To order from www.elisabethmoments.com, the User must have an email account and ensure their browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, enabling full navigability of the Elisabeth Moments online store. 4.2 The User may proceed with the online purchase of products, by: a) Finding the product(s) they wish to purchase; b) Adding the selected product(s) to the "Shopping Cart"; c) Registering personal data, which will be integrated into the Elisabeth Moments database as per the Privacy Policy, including "Shipping Address," "Billing Address," "Payment Method," phone number, and tax identification number (TIN); d) Reviewing and confirming their order. 4.3 The User will receive an order confirmation email with the details of the selected payment method. 4.4 The order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the shipping address provided during the purchase process, along with the respective detailed invoice. 4.5 By submitting the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions described on www.elisabethmoments.com, as well as the Privacy Policy. 4.6 Elisabeth Moments reserves the right not to accept and cancel confirmed orders in the following situations: a) The product is unavailable; b) Payment is not made using one of the available payment methods on www.elisabethmoments.com; c) Payment confirmation is not received; d) Billing information is incorrect or unverifiable; e) There is a pricing error; f) Delivery is not possible to the address provided by the User.
5. PRICES
5.1 The prices of the products displayed on the website www.elisabethmoments.com include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total VAT amount payable by the User will be indicated on the invoice. 5.2 All prices are quoted in euros (€). Note that the delivery country may influence prices due to different shipping costs. Customs fees related to the destination country will be borne by the customer. 5.3 The prices of products displayed on the website are subject to change. Elisabeth Moments reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are those applied to that purchase. 5.4 If there is an error in the price of the requested products, Elisabeth Moments or the User may cancel the order before shipment. 5.5 The total price specified at checkout includes shipping costs and taxes of the shipping country. 5.6 The User must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
6.1 Shipping to Portugal is free (islands have a cost of €15). 6.2 For orders outside Europe, all shipments will have an associated shipping cost and may require customs fees, depending on the delivery country.
7. DELIVERY
7.1 Elisabeth Moments ships the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM, except holidays, and according to the schedules of the logistics company, to the address provided by the User. 7.2 Our delivery service does not include scheduling options. The order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier, so someone must be available at the delivery address. 7.3 Delivery times in Portugal vary between 5-8 business days, depending on the ordered item. The ability of Elisabeth Moments to meet these deadlines depends on stock availability and high-demand periods such as promotions and Christmas. Each ordered item is created exclusively for that customer. 7.4 Elisabeth Moments will inform the User of any product unavailability and will issue a refund within 15 days of becoming aware of the unavailability. 7.5 If the carrier is unable to deliver the products on the indicated date, the User will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date. 7.6 Upon delivery, the User should inspect the package for any damages. If the products are damaged, the User should not accept the order, which will be returned. The User should report the situation via email at hello@kaoaofficial.com, preferably with photographic evidence. If the User agrees, Elisabeth Moments will resend the order at no additional cost. If the User prefers to cancel, a full refund will be issued. 7.7 If the order is not received within 15 days from the payment date, please email store@elisabethmoments.com. After this period, Elisabeth Moments cannot be held responsible for order loss. 7.8 Delivery is considered complete upon signing the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1 The User may withdraw from the contract within 8 days of receiving the order, provided that: a) The product(s) have not been used; b) The product(s) retain their original characteristics and intact labels; c) The product(s) are complete, including all accompanying materials. 8.2 The User may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending a Free Withdrawal form or any unequivocal statement of contract termination to store@elisabethmoments.com. 8.3 The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. 8.4 Upon receiving the returned product, Elisabeth Moments will inspect and confirm its condition. If applicable, a refund will be issued within 15 days via the same payment method. 8.5 If returned items show signs of use, Elisabeth Moments reserves the right to refuse the return and refund. 8.6 If the return is for reasons other than a justified defect or non-conformity, shipping costs will not be refunded.
