Shipping policy
Elisabeth Moments processes the shipment of the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM, except on public holidays, and according to the working days and hours of the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, meaning the order will be delivered with prior contact from the carrier. It is essential to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address.
The delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. The estimated delivery time within Europe ranges from 5 to 12 business days, while for the rest of the world, it ranges from 8 to 15 business days.
As Elisabeth Moments offers exclusive pieces and has limited stock, shipping times may be longer.
Elisabeth Moments will inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered product(s) and will proceed with a refund of the amount paid within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the date the unavailability is acknowledged.
If you do not receive your order within 15 (fifteen) days from the payment date, please send an email to store@elisabethmoments.com informing us of the situation. After this period, Elisabeth Moments cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
The delivery is considered completed once the delivery receipt is signed at the agreed address.
