Exchanges and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you can make a request for exchange or return up to 8 working days after your purchase as long as:
– keep intact and not used in any way;
– keep in its original packaging, without damage;
– is complete and returned in its entirety from the original order.
For shoes with gold soles, if the customer wishes to exchange or return the product, the sole cannot be scratched. We therefore recommend that you try the shoe on upholstery. If the sole is scratched, the exchange or return will not be accepted.
Product exchange:
To exchange your product, follow these steps:
– Log in to your customer area and select the returns tab. Click on “New Return” to request an exchange of the product within 8 working days of receiving your order.
– Choose the order you wish to exchange, select the product, the reason and the quantity you wish to exchange. Fill in all the necessary information below.
If you wish to receive email notifications about the status of your exchange request, we recommend that after creating the exchange request, on the returns page, click on “View” and select the “Enable email notifications to receive responses from this segment” button.
After the exchange request we will contact you.
ELISABETH MOMENTS also reserves the right to charge recovery costs for goods received after 8 working days.
Only in Portugal is the first return free.
