To receive your products safely and conveniently at an address of your choise, you just have to follow a few simple steps. Start by choosing the products you want to buy and add it to your shopping cart. At this stage, you can continue your shopping and choose how many units you want, or you can complete your purchase.
Once you have added all the products you wish to order to your cart, the cart button in the top right will take you to an order summary screen. Here you can see various information regarding your order, such as the products included in it and its total cost. Clicking on “CHECKOUT” will take you to the last purchase procedure.
If you have any discount coupons you can enter this field to discount the total of your purchase.
At this stage you can choose where you will receive your order. You can also specify your billing address.
Here you will have access to all data regarding your order, from the products included in it, the shipping cost and the total purchase price.
Among the various payment methods that ELISABETH MOMENTS offers, this step will give you the option to choose the mode that suits you the best.
If you have a Gift Card Elisabeth Moments, you can also use it as payment method by entering the card number.
Once the order has been shipped, the costumer will receive a confirmation email with their invoice, the carrier, the assigned shipping number, the shipping date and a link so that they can track the order directly on the carrier’s website. Attempting to track your order online upon receipt of the shipment confirmation email may not return any results. Shipping information may take 24 hours from receipt to shipment confirmation to be updated on the carrier’s website without liability to ELISABETH MOMENTS.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding local or national holidays, at the address that the costumer indicates when placing them. Warning: It’s not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as it will be conditioned by the courier route on the day of delivery and its set by shipping service.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to ELISABETH MOMENTS and may in additional cost for the costumer, so it is recommended that the costumers always be satisfied with the delivery address indicated. Once the order is registered, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing data provided.
