Return Policy
Changing our returning a product to a more suitable size is free for the first time. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you are not satisfied with you product for any reason, you may place an exchange or return request within 8 business days of purchase provided that:
– keep intact and unused in any way;
– Keep in its original packaging without damage;
– It complete and returned in its entirety from the original order.
With shoes with gold soles, if the costumer wants to change or return the product, the sole cannot be scratched. We, therefore, advise you try the shoe on tapestries. In case the sole is scratched, the exchange or return will not be accepted.
Product Exchange:
To exchange your product, follow these steps:
– Enter your costumer area and select the return tab (RMA). Click on “Add” to request a product exchange within 8 business days of receiving your order.
– Choose the order you want to exchange, select the product, the reason and the quantity you want to exchange. Fill in all the required information below.
– If you would like to receive email notifications about the status of your exchange request we recommend that after creating the exchange request, on the returns page, click on “View” and select the “Enable email notifications to receive replies from this segment”
After the exchange request we will contact you.
ELISABETH MOMENTS also reserves the right to charge recovery costs for goods received after 8 business days.
Only in Portugal is the first return free.

Product Return:

Return of defective products:
The costumer is entitled to return defective or non-compliant products. You can do this within 15 days of receiving your order. Do not remove any labels. The ELISABETH MOMENTS Brand, after receiving the product and finding the manufacturing defect, will replace or refund it. In general, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, except for exceptions or costumer preference.
