Return Policy

Exchanges:

Exchanging an item for a more suitable size is free of charge, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.To exchange your item, follow the following steps:
Portugal / Internacional:

1- Send an email to sales@elisabethmoments.com to request an exchange within 8 workdays of receiving your order. ELSABETH MOMENTS also reserves the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods received after 8 workdays. 2- Go to the CTT store / post office near you and send the product to:

Returning products:

If you are, for whatever reason, unhappy with the products you ordered, you may return the products delivered to you within 8 workdays after delivery, as long as:
- the products are unwashed and not used in any way.
- the product is in its original, undamaged packaging.
- the product is complete and according to the original order.
After receiving the returned product and confirming that the Return Policy was followed, the brand ELISABETH MOMENTS will contact you. In the case of defective product, and only in this situation, the client will be refunded.


Defective products returns:

You are entitled to return products when delivered to you defective or not in conformity with your order.You can do so within 15 workdays after you receive the item. The identification tag must be kept attached to the product. After receiving the returned product and we confirm the defect of the product, the brand ELISABETH MOMENTS will contact you. In the case of defective product, and only in this situation, the client will be refunded. Usually, refunds are processed within 10 workdays. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment (exceptions or client’s preferences might be considered)
